What is the Novora™ Fresh Finish Tongue Scraper?
It's a simple manual tongue cleaner that clears the film off the surface of your tongue in one pass. It comes as a two pack, one teal and one blue, and measures 17.5cm long by 3.5cm wide.
How do I use it?
After brushing, place it towards the back of your tongue and draw it forward in one steady stroke. Rinse it under the tap and repeat two or three times. The whole thing takes about ten seconds.
What are the two sides for?
One side has a textured pad for working across the surface, and the other has a smooth scraping edge for lifting in a single pass. Most people settle on one side or use both in sequence.
Why not just use my toothbrush?
